Care Masters has a mission of increasing Black Mental Health Awareness in Ontario and reducing the stigma that often prevents Black women from recognizing symptoms of anxiety and depression, and seeking appropriate support.
Our programs center on emotional development, identifying effective coping strategies, fostering community connections and learning opportunities to help Black women build their mental capacity and better manage stress.
