As a Project Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Care Masters projects. You will assist with administrative tasks, manage project timelines, organize meetings, and help prepare key documents. Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support - Provide administrative assistance for Care Masters projects, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Scheduling & Meetings - Assist in scheduling, organizing meetings, and managing project calendars, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Document Preparation - Help prepare project-related documents, reports, presentations, and other required materials for team meetings and external communication.
- Project Tracking - Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and reporting any deviations to the project manager.
- Grant Writing Support - Assist in the research, preparation, and submission of grant applications and contribute to grant reporting requirements.
- File Management - Maintain well-organized, up-to-date documentation and files for project activities, ensuring easy access and retrieval of project information
Required Skills
- Experience in grant writing or knowledge of funding processes.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Experience in a non-profit or charity environment.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Monday.com is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in administrative roles or community-based organizations is an asset.
