Care Masters Women and Family Services is offering a free wellness and support program created for African, Caribbean, and Black single mothers in Mississauga and Peel Region.

Whether you are preparing to become a single mom, newly navigating single motherhood, or you've been doing it for years, this program was created to support women at different stages of their journey.

This program creates space for support, connection, and community through counselling, wellness experiences, and shared conversations with women who understand the realities of carrying a lot.

What you’ll experience

  • Free one-to-one virtual counselling support

  • Virtual Sister Circle conversations

  • In-person yoga, movement, and wellness experiences

  • Creative wellness experiences

  • Free childcare support during in-person sessions

  • Light snacks provided

  • In-person sessions will take place in Mississauga

Can I apply if I live outside Mississauga or Peel?

Yes. Women living in Mississauga and Peel Region will be prioritized; however, applicants outside the region are still welcome to apply. Our team will review your application and contact you regarding status and availability of spaces.
