Become a Master of Your Care.
Culturally rooted, barrier-free programs that help Black women, youth, and families heal, prosper, and thrive — together.
The Village Model
Care Masters isn’t a service you receive — it’s a space where you become the expert of your own care, your own prosperity, and your family’s wellbeing. That’s what our name means: women and families empowered to master their own care, with the tools, community, and resources to truly thrive.
We believe in the village. When Black women are supported, resourced, and empowered, entire families and communities flourish. That’s why everything we do is intentionally integrated.
While you’re in Sister Circle deepening your mental wellness or building financial confidence, your children aren’t in separate childcare. They’re in recreation, sports development, social skill-building, art and creativity, emotional wellness, cooking, and financial literacy programming of their own. You’re not balancing motherhood and self-care. You’re modelling it. Your children watch you heal, grow, and prosper — and experience their own growth alongside you.
And we reach young people beyond our doors too — in schools, in community spaces — because every Black child deserves to know their worth, their culture, and their possibility.
This is the village. This is Care Masters.
