Junior Wealth Builders
Building Confident, Financially Empowered Youth
About the Program
Money is more than dollars and cents—it's about opportunities, confidence, and creating a future filled with possibilities.
The Junior Wealth Builders Program is a dynamic six-week financial literacy and entrepreneurship program designed for youth ages 12–18. Through engaging activities, real-life scenarios, interactive discussions, and hands-on business challenges, participants gain practical money management skills while developing the confidence to become future leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers.
At Care Masters, we believe that financial education should be accessible, culturally relevant, and empowering. That's why our program blends financial literacy with history, community, and leadership, helping young people see themselves as builders of generational wealth.
Because when our youth thrive, our communities thrive.
