Black Student School Program Facilitator (Casual / Contract)
We are currently hiring School Program Facilitators to support our Black Student Association (BSA) school-based programs across Peel Region, with an immediate opportunity supporting our Black Joy Lab program in Mississauga.
Contract Type: Casual / Short-term Contract
Start Date: January 14
Schedule: Wednesdays, bi-weekly
Time: 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Location: Meadowvale area of Mississauga (in-school delivery) + virtual planning sessions
Program: Black Joy Lab (Grades 1–6)
This role involves co-facilitating culturally responsive programming alongside experienced Care Masters staff, supporting student engagement, and assisting with creative, wellness, and identity-affirming activities. Facilitators will participate in virtual planning and training sessions and uphold Care Masters’ values of care, cultural respect, and child safety.

We are currently hiring a Program Manager to support our food security programs and cooking workshops in the Erin Mills community of Mississauga.
Contract Term: January 2025 to June 2027
Hours: 8 to 12 hours per week
Compensation: Approximately $1,230 per month
Location: Erin Mills area of Mississauga
Vehicle Required: Yes
This role includes coordinating cooking workshops, supporting the disbursement of emergency food gift cards, building community partnerships, and ensuring smooth delivery of all food security program activities.
