SUPPORT SERVICES

We aim to deliver quality individualized mental health support that is trauma-informed, anti-oppressive and culturally responsive. Our services are designed to address the mental wellness issues that face African/Caribbean/Black women and girls in the GTA.

Peer Support

A Peer Support Counsellor (PSC) combines lived experience with a career in mental health support. A PSC offers a safe, non-judgmental space to share and discuss issues impacting your mental wellness. They can provide valuable resources, self-care strategies and referrals to registered mental health services in the community.

At Care Masters, PSC's are certified facilitators that offer confidential, relatable and reliable support.  We offer peer counselling services by phone and text/messenger for your safety and convenience.

Contact us today at 905-598-1929 or peersupport@caremasters.ca to book an appointment.
